Vaughn Management LLC is a second generation real estate investment firm. We focus on value add acquisitions in the $10mm to $25mm range. We own and manage the majority of our properties which are located in Oregon and Northern California. We have experience with multi-family, storage and retail. VM is the second generation of North Bay Development which focuses on the same region and product. We typically invest for the long run in quality locations with rent growth. The entities have been involved with 50+ transactions over the past 30+ years.

 

Brad Vaughn owns VM and manages day to day operations of North Bay Development. Prior to this he was a Director of Merrill Lynch/Bank of America in New York. Brad graduated from Darden Business School at the University of Virginia. He currently resides on the Peninsula with his wife and son.
